| 摘 要： | 文化产业是知识经济向高级阶段发展的结果，也是科学发展观视野中的重要产业。发展文化产业与科学发展观的主旨具有内在一致性，可以满足科学发展观为中国未来社会发展所指出的全面、协调、可持续的发展方向和以人为本的原则。因此，发展文化产业，就是科学发展观的必然实践形式。

| Abstract: | Culture industry is the result of development of knowledge economy to advanced stage as well as an important industry in view of scientific development concept. There has inner consistency between the development of culture industry and the purport of scientific development concept, which can satisfy the all-round, harmonious and sustainable direction of China＇ s future social growth pointed out by scientific development concept. Therefore, the development of culture industry proves to be necessary practical pattern of scientific development concept. |
