论转型期和谐社会建构与公民公共政策参与

“社会主义和谐社会”理念的提出意味着在目前转型时期的中国社会已经变得不和谐。利益变得多元化,不同社会主体的利益意识不断地被唤醒和强化,各种利益主体的自主权不断扩大,不同利益主体都极力想通过公共政策参与来维护和实现自己的利益,如何规范和引导该行为就成了构建和谐社会的关键。

The idea of the socialism harmonious society means that Chinese society is not harmonious at present.The benefit changes multiplies,different social main body benefit consciousness is awakened and strengthening,each kind of benefit main body right to independence is the unceasing expansion,the divergent interest main body all vigorously wants to participation through the community policy maintians and realizes own benefit,how did the standard and guide this behavior is becoming the key of construction harmonious society.
