在中国高等教育已经步入大众化教育时代的背景下,作为依托在高校体制内的共青团组织,面临着传统教育方式和工作方式不适应,与人才培养主渠道结合不紧密,与青年学生话语体系不统一等现实困境,这也是高校团组织成功突围的良好契机。嵌入人才培养核心实现功能拓展,建构自我教育格局实现共青团工作的全覆盖,借助现代信息手段开辟工作新阵地,可以成为高校共青团突围的核心理念与基本走向。

Implanting and Structuring: Dilemma and Solution of College Youth League Development in the Background of Popular Education

As China＇s higher education has entered into the era of popularized education,the Communist Youth League（CYL） branches in and colleges and universities,dependent on the higher education system,are confronted with various difficulties,such as,their traditional educational pattern cannot be adapted to work style,is not closely related to talent training channels,and does not correspond with discourse style.These difficulties in turn create a favarable opportunity for CYL branches in colleges and universities to seek breakthroughs of their work,though.The embedding of talent training cores,with which CYL functions have been expanded,the constituting of self-education framework,with which the full coverage of CYL work is achieved,and the use of modern information methods,with which new work fronts are developed,can become the core concept and basic trend of the breakthroughs of the CYL work.
