Deriving from business practice,corporates have developed into legal forms by rational choice of law and have been constantly revised and improved with commercial practice.Subject to asymmetric infor-mation,the corporate evolution bears the objective necessity which is not bound by the participant’s will.In the meanwhile,due to cost analysis,the corporate evolution keeps a process of dynamic updating.Besides the dominant driving force of sustainable development of economy,the corporate evolution is also subject to multi-ple influences from politics,religion,and traditional culture.
