| Abstract: | Compared with the Public Order Administration Punishment Regulations, the newly enacted Public Order Administration Punishment Law demonstrated three characteristics. It is more closely linked to other relevant laws; it is more rational in the stipulation of public order comprehensive administration; it is more humane for further strengthening the supervision of law enforcement and stressing the protection of citizen's basic rights. |
