| 摘 要： | 随着股权分置改革的不断深入,中国股市即将进入全流通时代。我国股票期权激励计划设计原则应包括但不限于效率、公平、透明和可监控。其基本要素应包括授予对象范围与授予时机、授予的考核标准与授予数量、行权价格、股票来源、所授予的有效期限、行权办法。
