| 摘 要： | 近段时间以来,利用手机短信诈骗的案件十分猖獗,一方面暴露了公众的素质的缺失,另一方面也暴露了目前各相关企业社会责任的缺失,更重要的是相关的法律制定和执行的缺位。面对短信诈骗,只要筑起打击防范的共同体,相信我们能够从容遏制当前短信诈骗案件泛滥的势头。

| Abstract: | In recent years,fraud cases by SMS have been on the increase,which reveals the default of public moral awareness,the nonfeasance of relative businesses in social responsibility and the deficiency of relative laws and regulations in particular.It is certain,therefore,that fraud cases by SMS will be brought under control with ease with the joint efforts of the society. |
