| Abstract: | To run the country according to law and build a socialist country under the rule of law is the quintessence of DENG Xiao-ping's thonght on democracy and legal system, the common aspirations of the people, the requirements of economic development and all-round progress of the society, an important guarantee of a long period of stability of the country and also an effective way to strengthen and improve the Party's leadership and raise the standard of the Party's governance. |
