Abstract:The emotion work theory believes that the emotion work may not only immediately affect the police service work achievements,but also affect the police’s physical and moral integrity.In the police service management,emotion interaction among the manager and police is one of the keys of the police service supervisory work,is important content of affecting police sensation organization support,adjusting the self-emotion feeling and the external emotion expresses,then work achievements enhancement,all of the above can not be neglected.Therefore,the key of the police service management reform is to pay attention to the emotion work which police the personnel pay,develop positively in view of emotion work skill development,found and perfect the competition and encouraging mechanism with the emotion work at the core.
