| 摘 要： | 近年来,建筑市场所存在的拖欠建设工程价款问题越来越严重,并且已经影响到了我国建筑市场的健康发展和社会的和谐稳定.鉴于此,笔者以建设工程价款优先受偿权为视角,来探讨这一制度所存在的问题,并提出自己的一些建议.

| Abstract: | At present,the construction industry plays a very important role in national economic development with the social development focusing on infrastructure construction such as transportation,energy,etc.in the period of sustainable development of our national economy.In fact,the construction project price procrastination has become more and more serious problem in the construction market,and it has affected the healthy development of markets for construction and harmony and steadiness of the society.In view of this,the author analyzes the issue being existed in the system,and puts forward some proposals to solve the problems. |
