审前社会调查与社区矫正的适用

随着社区矫正的全面试行,社区矫正这种非监禁刑罚执行方式越来越受到社会的重视与大众的认可,其文明、进步、人性化的表现充分体现了我国刑罚制度的不断进步.人民法院在进行刑事案件的判决和裁定罪犯的假释时,推出了委托司法行政机关开展审前社会调查的改革措施,意在加大社区矫正的适用比重,以从源头上加强对社区矫正工作的支持力度.

Pretrial Social Investigation and Community Correction Application

With its implementing comprehensively,the community correction,the approach of executing penalty of non-imprisonment,has received more and more attention and approval by people in the society.Moreover,its civilization,progress,humanization performed in community correction has fully manifested the criminal justice system in our country having been improving.In order to further promote development and better implement the proper Jinan＇s criminal justice policy;in order to construct the harmonious society,innovate social management;in order to enlarge the judicial system and speed up its reforming step,the people＇s court reinforced reform measures on pretrial social investigation by judicial administrative organization as making the decision on the criminal case and criminal＇s parole,which intends to applying more community corrections to giving stronger support to the community corrections from the source.
