江苏监狱劳教系统社会招录与警校招录新警培训模式对比分析研究

我省监狱劳教系统每年招录的新警分别来自社会普通高等院校和警察类院校,由于他们录用前存在着职业意识、能力素养以及培训模式期待等众多方面的差异,培训中心必须立足实际、因材施教,以改革新警培训模式、探索能力培养路径以及改革培训内容方式等方面为抓手,实现新警培训质量新跨越。
