| 摘 要： | 房地产行业的发展必然导致房地产企业进行客户细分与产品细分.根据管理战略学中的相关观点,企业根据客户细分的结果进行战略定位,然后围绕定位组建系统.房地产律师服务作为房地产企业整个系统中的一个子系统,必须围绕企业的整体定位调整自身服务产品,才能真正地提供高品质的法律服务.

| Abstract: | The real estate profession’s development causes inevitably the real estate enterprise to carry on the customer segmentation and the product subdivided.According to the related viewpoint of management strategy,the enterprise carries on the strategic localization according to the customer the subdividing result,then sets up the system regarding the localization.As a sub-system in a real estate enterprise system,the real estate legal service must adjust its service product revolving enterprise’s whole localization,so as to provide the high quality of the legal service. |
