| Abstract: | Middle Abbreviation Registration has different potency in the different disposition modes.The author has discussed the Real Right Law in the vitality of Middle Abbreviation Registration and claim for it on the basis of analysis on middle abbreviation registration under the modes of real right formalism,creditor’s rights formalism and meaning principles in our country. |
