| Abstract: | Contrasting our criminal proceedings with the regulations of WTO agreements, we should improve evidence system, ensure judiciary independence and handle relation carefully between judicial reforms and transparent principles in the region of criminal proceedings. In addition, alteration of idea is the prerequisite of system innovation. So we must correspondingly adjust objective, truthful concept of evidence and value concept of selfish departmentalism for the nation. |
