| 摘 要： | 根据我省城乡经社会发展存在的问题,要形成以城带乡、以工哺农、城乡互动、协调发展的目标,必须加快城镇化进程,建立适合我省实际的工业反哺农业支持机制,加大对农村公共事业的投入力度,改革土地征用制度,依法保护农民的权利.
