| 摘 要： | 我国群体性事件基本属于人民内部矛盾。群众工作是我党解决人民内部矛盾的主要方法,公安机关在处置群体性事件中要树立群众路线的观念,把群众工作作为解决群体性事件的首选途径和方法。
