诚信与公安行政

诚信是社会生活中一条重要的行为准则,关系到人之生存,国之兴亡。公安机关的内部管理(管理体制和管理制度)是否科学,对公安诚信具有直接的影响。缺乏诚信不仅严重损害公安机关的形象,还会造成公安机关与人民群众关系的疏远与隔膜。因此,公安机关必须十分注意树立自己的诚信形象,完善诚信的保障机制。

On honesty and the public security administration

Honesty is an important code of conduct in social life, and concerns the existence and development of both an individual and a country. Whether or not the internal management of the public security organs is scientific has a direct effect upon the honesty of the public security. Being short of honesty can both severely damage the image of the public security organs and estrange the relationship between the public security organs and the people. Thus, the public security organs should care much about building their own images of honesty, and perfect the guaranteeing system of keeping honest.
