| 摘 要： | 人权是历史的产物 ,人权的概念、内涵随着社会的发展而发展。人权的实现在很大程度上依赖于生产力的发展 ,生产力发展的特定阶段决定人权发展的不同状态。只有正确认识和处理人权立法与生产力发展的关系 ,才能更好地促进我国社会主义人权事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The notion and connotation of human right varied with the social development. Achieving the human right mostly relies on productive forces. The improved productivity in special stages decides on the different human right development. In order to improve the human right development of socialism in our country, the relationship between human right legislation and productivity development must be realized and handled with correctly. |
