| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质犯罪是有组织犯罪的一种表现形式。其产生的原因是多方面的,主要有历史因素、外来因素、社会因素、文化因素、市场因素、政治因素、法制因素等。通过分析黑社会性质犯罪产生的成因,以期为遏制黑社会性质犯罪提供理论依据和实践参考。

| Abstract: | The crime of gangland owns its organization,which was caused by many reasons.It mainly exists historical factors:foreign factor,social factor,cultural factor,market factor,political factor,legal factor and so on.The author inquires into the causes which produce the crime with the feature of gangland in order to provide the theory foundation and the practical reference to restrain this kind of crime. |
