| Abstract: | The paper discusses a few of different theories about interpretation conception and puts forward that contract interpretation is the judge explains the contract text and behavior on the base of respecting the acceptahbility of parties.The interpretation tries to that make the conflict contract become clear and integrity.At last,the paper talks about the different kinds of the objects in the contract interpretation. |
