| Abstract: | The bona fide acquisition of motor vehicles Involved in criminal and administrative cases should be made in a type.As a special property,the change of names of the vehicles should also be registered.If there is tort liability,the person liable should take liability for tort according to Tort Liability Law of People's Republic of China. |
