构建公安法学教育模式的思考

公安法学教育的任务是培养学生获得从事公安职业必须具备的法律知识结构和能力。如果公安院校和普通院校设置和讲授一样的法学课程，而不强调公安法学教育的针对性和实践性，不仅是法学教育资源的浪费，也会阻碍公安法学教育的长足发展和公安工作的可持续发展。因此，公安院校应从更新观念、准确定位、体现特色这三方面入手，构建新的公安法学教育模式。

The Consideration of Constructing Public Legal Education Mode

The task of public legal education mode is to cultivate the students with the law knowledge structure that needs for police and to train them for their ability. If the legal lessons in public security college and the ordinary school are same, and if the pertinence and the practice in the education do not put in the first place, it is not only a waste for legal education resource, but also a obstacle for the development of legal education and public security. Therefore, the public security college should construct new public legal education mode from three aspects: the renewal of the concept, the exact position, and the distinct characteristics.
