| 摘 要： | 法学核心课程教材作为法学教育的范本,其编写应当采"实质主义",持"概念、规则和原理"之内容取舍标准;秉"概念基础、原理主体、规则支撑"之撰写范式,力求核心课程之间内容耦合完好,并为非核心课程留有相应空间.

| Abstract: | As model of legal education, legal kernel textbook should be written according to essentism. It is regarded concept regular and tenet as content. It should be regarded "concept as foundation, tenet as main body, regular as materials" as writing paradigm. All the content should be suitable and leave the space for un-kernel textbook. |
