关于加强中国外交学学科建设的看法和建议

文章强调中国外交学学科建设必须与整体外交工作结合起来,理论联系实际,不断开拓创新。文章结合我国外交实践的新发展,遇到的新课题,例举了10个方面的问题应作为进一步加强外交学理论研究的重点,例如,对当今时代主题,多极化全球化两大趋势,建立国际关系新秩序的系统的理论阐述;对中国外交面临的重大现实问题和中长期战略问题的研究;以及外交与树立中国形象、外交与国内建设、外交与安全、外交与非政府组织、外交与大众传媒、外交业务与技术、外交与队伍和机制建设等方面的深入研究和理论探讨,使外交学更好地服务于外交,指导外交实践。

Constructing the Discipline of Science of Diplomacy of China: A Review and Recommendations

This article is to argue that the construction of the of China' s diplomacy discipline should make c onstant in-novations and should not be separate d from the practice of China' s diplomacy.On the basis of the new developments and challenges to China' s diplomatic practice,the article l ists ten problems as the focus of dipl omatic theory research.They are:the systemic theoretic explanation s of construction of new internation al order,the explanation of the them e of modern times and the explanation of two main world trends of globalization and multipolarition;the research of the important and realistic problems faced by China' s diplomacy and its medium and long te rm strategy;the deep research and th eoretic discussion on the topics of China' s diplomatic image -building,the re lationship between China' s domestic constructions and diplom acy,the relationship between security a nd diplomacy,the relationship betw een non -governmental organization s and diplomacy,the relationship between public exp ress and diplomacy,the relationshi p between diplomatic matters and tec hnology,the re-lationship between diplomacy and th e personnel training and institutio nal constructions.All those researches and discussions will provide a guide and serve the pra ctice of china' s diplomacy.
