| 摘 要： | 作为世界性的公害,毒品犯罪早在20世纪初就成为国际社会重点打击的犯罪之一。1988年的《联合国禁止非法贩运麻醉药品和精神药物公约》对毒品犯罪的种类及其构成作了详细的规定,是值得我们借鉴的。

| Abstract: | Drug crime, as a public world hazard, became one of the minor crimes cracked down upon by international society at early 20th century. The international convention of 1988 against drug abuse stipulates in detail the kinds and constitution of drug crimes, which can be good reference for the criminal law of our country. |
