| 摘 要： | “管”与“官”的相通,程度不同地反映了管理者与被管理者之间人格的不平等。人的积极性和创造性源泉出自“内”而主要不在其外,“管”恰恰体现的是一种外推而不是内发;管理的真谛在于“理”而不是单纯的“管”;“少管多理”才真正反映社会发展的客观规律和未来管理领域的发展趋势。
