| 摘 要： | 立党为公、执政为民是党的一条主要执政经验,是党的执政能力建设的根本目标.立党为公、执政为民是马克思主义执政党的鲜明特征,是"三个代表"重要思想的本质,是巩固党的执政地位的坚实基础.立党为公、执政为民的根本落脚点和出发点是代表最广大人民的根本利益,切实做到立党为公、执政为民,必须把"三个代表"重要思想落实到党和国家制定和实施方针政策的工作中去,必须落实到各级领导干部的思想和行动中去,必须落实到关心群众生产生活的工作中去,这是党的执政能力提高的现实要求.
