| Abstract: | It is a necessary ability for the ruling Party to prevent and avoid ruling risks.At present the Communist Party of China is mainly faced up with such ruling risks as economic globalization,the imbalance of development and natural risks.To avoid these risks,the Party should stick to the people-first principle and constantly improve its ruling strategy. |
