| 摘 要： | 通过对某市级看守所犯罪嫌疑人和被告人在审前羁押期间律师所起作用的调查可以看出,在司法实践中,存在着刑事律师难以发挥作用的问题,致使被羁押中的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的合法权益得不到全面保障。为此,应在立法中扩大律师的权利,在司法中加强宣传教育与机制建设。

| Abstract: | Through investigation about the function of the lawyer during detention before interrogation in a certain detention center,we can see the rights and interests of suspicioners and appellees can't be ensured completely.The reason is in that criminal lawyers find that it's difficult to exert their fuction justice practice.So,we should improve the lawyer system in legislation and elisor,and make the layers exert their function sufficiently to protect the rights and interests of suspicioners and appellees. |
