| 摘 要： | 网络谣言之危害显而易见,并随着网络的普及而逐渐扩大。刑法在规制网络谣言的过程中存在诸多缺陷,致使其不足以遏制网络谣言蔓延之趋势。因此在明确网络谣言内涵之基础上,提出合法合理之建议以求得根治网络谣言之成效。

| Abstract: | The disadvantages of internet rumors are obvious, and expand widely with the internet spreading. So many defects have been appeared during the proceeding of Criminal Law making regulations on the internet rumors because it is not enough to curb the spread of the internet rumors. So based on the confirmation of the internet rumors, the legal and reasonable advice should be put forward to cure the problem of internet rumors. |
