当代中国村民自治的二难性及其解决思路

时下村民自治处于二难的尴尬境地 ,集中体现在“两委矛盾”、“乡村矛盾”和“村民矛盾”等三对矛盾上面 ;二难的内在成因是国家在处理与乡村社会的关系时进退失据 ;二难性之解决 ,可以考虑从规则内博弈—→规则之博弈、治理型组织—→服务型组织、单一化组织—→多元化组织、单维度视角—→多维度视角等四个方面着手。

On Dilemma of Chinese Rural Autonomy and Its Settlement

Now the rural autonomy is in a dilemma, which is embodied in three contradictions, such as contradiction between two committees, between villages and between villagers, and lies internally in the unbalance between the government and countryside. In order to get rid of such a dilemma, a consideration may be taken into the following changes: from gaming within rules to gaming of rules, from ruling position to serving one, from unitary role to diverse one, and from mono-dimensional organization to multi-dimensional one.
