| 摘 要： | 本文应用十二烷基硫酸钠—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)首次对细粒棘球绦虫六钩蚴排泄分泌(ES)抗原的多肽组分进行了分析并同时对牦牛源棘球蚴原头节可溶性粗抗原的多肽组分进行了分析。应用10％凝胶,采用垂直板型电泳、考马斯亮蓝R-250染色进行SDS-PAGE的结果表明,六钩蚴ES抗原至少由14种多肽组分组成,分子量范围270～17.5KD,其中主要组分6种。原头节可溶性粗抗原至少由25种多肽组分组成,分子量范围230～17KD,其中主要组分13种。本项研究为功能性抗原的进一步分析、分离奠定了基础。

Studies on excreta-secreta (ES ) antigens of Echinococcus granulosus: SDS-PAGE for measurements of ES antigens of oncosphere and soluble rough antigens of proscolec |

| Abstract: | Using SDS-PAGE, polypeplides of ES an-tigees of E.granulosus oncosphere and soluble rough antigens of yak origin E. granulosus pro-scolex were analyzed for the first time. The results revealed that the oncosphere ES antigens at least were composed of 14 polypeptides which molecular weight ranged from 270 to 17.5 KD and had six essential components. The soluble rough antigens of proscolex at least consisted of 25 polypeptides which molecular weights ranged from 230 to 17 KD, of whick were 13 main ones. |
