| Abstract: | Up to date, people have been holding mistaken ideas during the process of recognizing the crime of manufacturing and selling shoddy commodities. In judicial practice, we should correctly understand the concept of this crime in order to accurately recognize it, and place stress on solving subjective criminal forms and the criteria of offences and crimes. |
