改革开放以来 ,我国主动地加入经济全球化进程 ,积极与国际惯例接轨。在文化方面 ,我们民族的特色不可避免地要遭受西方强势文化的冲击。为此 ,我们必须坚持毛泽东提出的发展民族文化的基本原则 ,在文化建设上 ,将继承与创新、引进与输出有机地结合起来 ,综合中西文化之长以创造新的民族文化 ,实现中华文化的伟大复兴。
