| 摘 要： | 资本市场在我国的经济生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,而且自律组织的作用也日益被重视起来。目前,我国资本市场自律组织的作用还没有得到有效发挥,相关立法不尽完善。笔者认为在我国可实行“一行一会”,在此基础上完善有关自律组织的立法。

| Abstract: | Capital market plays a more important role in economic life in our country,and self-discipline organization is attached more importance to.Now,the function of self-discipline organization is not made full use of,and the related legislation are not perfect.The author thinks that " one trade,one organization" can be carried out,of which legislation should be improved on the basis. |
