| 摘 要： | 宁南山区的生态环境退化,主要是近代以来人为破坏造成的。人口增长越快,环境退化越迅速。要充分认识人口增长对环境的影响。只有把退耕还林与控制人口相结合,才能使宁南山区的生态建设走上良性发展的轨道。

| Abstract: | The degradation of the ecological environment in the southern mountainous areas in Ningxia is chiefly caused by man - made destructions since modern times. The more quickly the population grows, the more quickly the environment deteriorates. Therefore we should have a full realization of the effect that population has on environment. The ecological construction of the southern mountainous areas in Ningxia will undertake posidve development only if we can integrate the restoring of cultivated land to forests with the controlling of population. |
