| 摘 要： | 本文重点围绕选拔、考察、监督三个环节,从选人用人方面存在的主要问题、影响干部职务升迁的主要因素、对各种选拔任用形式的评价、对干部选拔任用的有效监督、对干部考核考察的评价五个方面,对党政领导干部选拔任用工作进行调查与分析,并以调查分析为基础提出对策。

| Abstract: | Emphasizing the three links of selection, investigation and supervision, from five aspects of how to select from candidates, the main factors which influence the leading cadres'rising in the ranks, the appraisal about the selections, the effective supervision,and the evaluation of the leading cadres,this text examines and analyses the work of selection and appointment of the leading cadres in the Party and government and gives the countermeasures on the basis of investigation and analysis. |
