| 摘 要： | 法治及其进程中的成本是客观必然的、无法避免的,但是,经过各方面的努力,其代价和成本也是可以节约和控制的。通过制度的方法、非制度的方法和制度与技术相结合的方法来达到法治成本的节约与控制,是推进法治及其进程中的重要课题。
