摘    要:目的观察城市青少年肥胖、超重和体瘦者的骨发育特征。方法以《中国人手腕骨发育标准-中华05》RUS-CHN法对5城市7146名(男3986,女3160)12~18岁汉族正常青少年手腕部X线片骨龄进行评价,计算各骨龄组的体重指数(BMI),BMI第85百分位数的受试者分类为肥胖和超重,BMI第15百分位数者分类为体瘦,观察骨龄减年龄差值。结果肥胖、超重青少年偏向发育提前,骨龄减年龄差值分布的下限在-1岁;体瘦青少年偏向于发育延迟,骨龄减年龄差值分布的上限在+1岁。结论应用BMI,肥胖、超重和体瘦青少年的年龄推测范围可能缩小。

Abstract:Objective The developmental characteristic of overweight,obesity and thinness in urban adolescents were investigated to reduce the margins of error in age estimation.Methods The sample was 7146(3986 boys and 3160 girls)normal urban Han adolescents aged 12 to 18 years old from five cities in China.The skeletal ages were evaluated by "China-05" RUS-CHN method on hand radiographs.The percentiles of body mass index(BMI) were calculated of skeletal age groups.The subjects whose BMI were above 85th percentile were classified as overweight and obesity,and under 15th percentile as thinness.The difference distributions between skeletal age(SA) and chronological age(CA) were observed.Results The skeletal development were advanced in overweight and obesity adolescents,the lower limit of the difference between SA and CA was-1 years;the skeletal development were delayed in thinness adolescents,the upper limit of difference between SA and CA was +1 years.Conclusions The potential ranges of age estimation for overweight,obesity and thinness in urban adolescents can be reduced by combining the methods of skeletal age and BMI.
