| 摘 要： | 本文认为,公司犯罪从犯罪学角度分为经济犯罪和超经济犯罪两类.区别在是否具有主观的谋利性和客观的经济相关性.公司犯罪的现有规范不能应对实践中的公司犯罪,建议通过刑事立法进行弥补.
