| 摘 要： | 电子信息产业是济南市具有区域竞争优势的重要支柱产业。软件产业是电子信息产业的核心和灵魂。通过分析可以看出济南软件产业与济南国民经济发展的密切联系。鉴于此有必要充分认识济南市软件产业发展的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇、威胁，并依据发挥优势、克服劣势、抓住机遇、避免威胁的原则制定符合济南软件产业自身特点的、切实可行的发展战略及实施对策。

The analysis shows the close relation between Jinan software industry and economic growth. It is necessary to realize its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threat, and make up the feasible development strategy and measures in accordance with its characteristics. |
