| 摘 要： | 本文从新刑诉法对不起诉制度修改的内容梳理入手,总结出体系修改、具体设计修改两方面内容,并以上述内容为切入点深入分析了适用修改后不起诉制度的原则.最后对修改后不起诉制度在实践中可能存在的部分问题进行了分析,并提出解决对策.

| Abstract: | This article started with the modification of non-prosecution system in the new Criminal Procedure Law, summed up the modification of system and specific design, and in-depth analyzed the principle of non-prosecution system after the applicable modification. Finally, the author analyzed some of the issues that may exist in practice of the revised non-prosecution system and proposed countermeasures. |
