| 摘 要： | 通过网上查询及实地调研,发现基层公安机关存在很多超期未结治安案件的问题,并就超期未结案件的表现形式加以列举,从中分析产生此问题的主、客观原因,并提出具有针对性的对策,对实践工作有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Through the online research and actual inquiries, the author found that there was a lot of overdue cases in grass-roots public security organs, listed the manifestation of the overdue cases, analyzed the subjective and objective reasons for the problems, and suggested specific countermeasures which had a certain significance on practical work. |
