| 摘 要： | 我国的改革开放和市场经济的确立和发展，是强国固本的根本之路，是现代化进程的客观要求，也是融入经济全球化浪潮的必然选择。但是，同时也催生了刑事犯罪的骤增和更新，它与日益低迷的侦查破案率正在急迫的拷问侦查理论研究和实务人员。为应对这一形势，应当与时俱进，实现侦查“六化”，推进侦查现代化。
