关于县级公安机关实战指挥系统建设的实践与思考

县级公安机关是最前沿的战斗实体,其实战指挥系统的建设直接关系到驾驭社会治安的势、处置突发事件、服务经济社会发展、维护社会大局稳定的能力和实效。江苏省大丰市公安实战指挥系统的建设主要是围绕“八大系统”、“四大网络”、“五大机制”来开展的,同时,要保证县级公安机关实战指挥系统建设的实效,必须在“七个三”方面下功夫。

Practices and Reflections on the Construction of Combat Command System in the Country- level Public Security Organs

The country- level public security organs is the most forward combat entity and the construction of their combat command system is of vital importance to the ability and effect of controlling the peace order situations, dealing with the paroxysmal events,serving for the development of economic society and maintaining the stabilization of the social overall situation.We have constructed a combat command system of public security organs centering in eight systems,four networks and five mechanisms.We must live up to seven works which each comprised three aspects,in order to ensure the substantial results of the actual combat command system in country-level public security organs.
