| 摘 要： | 实行微机、监控联网是新形势下驻所检察工作的需要 ,驻所检察室微机、监控联网 ,使看守所监管活动能全部置于检察机关监督之下 ,这不仅保障了在押人员的合法权益 ,而且维护了监管干警的形象 ,并促进监管人员严格、公正、文明、廉洁执法。

| Abstract: | The computer control is the demand of the development of the domicile prosecution work and the effective way of mobile supervision at present.The computer control of the domicile prosecution makes the inspection work of the jail under the supervision of the prosecutorial organization.It can not only ensure the legal rights of the persons behand bars,but can maintain the images of the inspection personnel and improve the seriousness,fairness,civilization,upright and honesty in law enforcement. |
