论警察的信息素养及其培养

信息素养是指个体通过掌握信息知识和信息技术,在信息社会中积极获取、利用、开发信息的修养与能力。现代警察信息素养的内容包括信息观念、信息意识、信息能力、信息知识和信息道德。培养警察的信息素养,既是社会发展的需要,也是打击信息化犯罪的需要。要提高警察信息素养,一是要加强对在职警察的信息素养教育,二是要加强对预备警察的信息素养教育。

On the Information Self-cultivation of Police and Its Fostering

Information self-cultivation refers to the individual's accomplishment and ability of obtaining,exploiting and developing information through grasping information knowledge and technology.The contents of information self-cultivation for modern police include information concept,information consciousness,information knowledge and information morality.Fostering police information self-cultivation is the requirement for both social development and attacking information crimes.Ways of launching police information self-cultivation education in public security colleges mainly are: offering communal required courses of information self-cultivation,permeating the teaching of other subjects with contents of information self-cultivation education as well as creating necessary variety of atmosphere for developing information self-cultivation.
