| 摘 要： | 针对农民政治心理中的消极因素，因地制宜地发展农村经济，为农村政治心理的现代化奠定强大的物质基础；完善农村民主自治制度，为农民政治心理现代化提供良好的社会政治环境；加强农村的思想政治教育、民主法制教育和文化教育，为农民政治心理现代化创造思想、文化条件，以此快速推动我国民主政治的发展。

| Abstract: | Aiming at peasants＇ passive factors, we should develop village economy, so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of primary democracy; consummate democratic autonomy of the village, so as to provide good environment for the moderation of village political psychology; strengthen village political education, legal education and cultural education, so as to create good cultural conditions for the modernization of their political psychology, which promotes the development of democracy quickly. |
