城中村村民的市民化分析

在城中村融入城市的过程中，城中村村民无论在生产、生活、行为方式上，还是在精神文化生活上，都发生了巨大的变化。村民的市民化转型造成了其不同社会角色的冲突和在许多方面的不适应。为正确引导城中村村民的市民化转型，必须积极转变政府服务思路与工作方式，进一步推动城乡二元体制改革，大力加强面向村民的文化技能培训教育等项工作。

Analysis of Citification of Villagers within the City

Villagers within the city have greatly changed in their production,life,behavious pattern and spiritual and cultural life in the process of them incorporating into the city.The citification of villagers has brought about conflicts between different social roles and inadaptability in a lot of respects.In order to correctly guide the citification of these villagers,the authorities concerned must change their service ideas and work style,further promote the reform of the urban and rural dual structure and make greater efforts to offer these villagers cultural education and vocational training.
